Get to know me:
I am a graduate of the University of Idaho’s Coordinated Program in Dietetics, and I hold a professional credential as an RDN (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist). As a dietitian, I believe in individualized, evidence-based nutrition. I’m passionate about walking alongside people seeking to achieve nutrition and lifestyle goals that align with their unique beliefs about what well-being should look and feel like in their own bodies. Just as no two people are the same, people’s nutrition requirements can vary widely, as do personal health challenges. Change is tough and takes time, and I enjoy supporting people in making forward progress. I am also committed to challenging nutrition misinformation and providing people with evidence-based nutrition strategies for achieving their goals, through every stage of the life cycle.
Currently, I am a team member at North Idaho Cardiac Rehabilitation as well as practicing as a generalist and obesity care dietitian at LifestyleRx. My other interests as a professional include prevention and reversal of cardiac disease, diabetes, and the condition of obesity, as well as a passion for community nutrition, including helping families and individuals in my community seek wellness and prevent disease.
