Health is not the numbers on a scale.
Food and exercise are not the popular fads of the month, nor are they something by which to be overwhelmed. Food and exercise are tools to be used to help prevent diseases, ease aging, and stay healthy. At LifestyleRx, we want to take the stress out of nutrition and exercise. We want to help create a plan to help you lead your best life. While working with a dietitian/nutrition expert and exercise physiologist, we will help you create a plan to address your health and lifestyle needs.

Samantha Fisher, RDN, LD
As an RDN (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist), I take a food-first approach and use behavioral counseling techniques to help you build a healthy, long term relationship with food.
My method includes focusing on the underlying causes of disease, rather than just treating the symptoms, all while respecting your bio-individuality.
My skills and experience allow me to create individualized nutrition plans that include healthy eating and exercise.
Jacob Schultz, MSEP
My Exercise Journey
As we grow and learn, we discover our passions. I learned at an early age the true value in physical activity and how it can both positively and negatively impact your life.
I want to help you take action toward improving your health. By using a medical approach to preventive care I hope to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to lead a healthier lifestyle through movement!
